[UPDATE: NO LONGER IN EFFECT.]
We believe in providing fun and memorable NYC experiences. Safety during these unprecedented times is key to ensuring that we can still do that. Guests can have faith their guide Jeremy is following all CDC recommendations and New York State protocols for tour businesses operating right now. I am also fully vaccinated, and I encourage all visitors to get their shot(s) as well. We are all in this together!
We also always keep our tours (whether private or public) to small groups, with a maximum of 12 people per tour. This not only ensures a safer tour, but also a far more personal one than many big-group tours.
Please note that many buildings, which we sometimes visit on a few tours, still have their own internal mask requirements, which we must adhere to as their guests. For the outdoor portions of tours (or tours that take place entirely outdoors, such as Central Park), masks are fully optional. Each guest may make their own choice outdoors on masks, depending on their comfort level.
In addition, because we know that things change day to day in this environment, we are offering relaxed cancellation policies through the end of August. We will offer full refunds for any cancellation made 12 hours or earlier before a tour. Cancellations made past the 12-hour mark, but before the start of the tour, will receive a credit good for another tour at any point in the future. As always, though, cancellations after the tour start time, or no-shows, are not subject to any refund.
Thank you for your cooperation. We will update these policies as recommendations change.
We look forward to helping you safely rediscover the absolute best of New York!
